Conforms to ASTM F2949/F1292, to be used with AAE Pole Vault Pads ONLY
Required for pole vault event according to rules of the National Federation of High School Associations (NFHS) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)
Provides specified padding coverage around the vault box
Two-piece collar made of solid foam encased in 18-ounce double knife-coated vinyl
Yellow Main Collar attaches to Red Anchor Collar via sewn velcro strips
Red Anchor Collar features 6 anchor locations to help securely position collar, which sits underneath main pole vault pad
Red Anchor Collar also serves as a WARNING for an improperly positioned pole vault pad... if RED is visible, STOP VAULTING IMMEDIATELY and position pad properly before the next vault attempt
Yellow Main Collar can be removed conveniently by officials for crossbar measurement
Bright yellow color serves as a visual cue to approaching vaulters
